Welcome to the Town of Sodus Municipal site. The Town of Sodus is nestled in Wayne County, NY. Our town has two villages, The Village of Sodus and Village of Sodus Point. We encourage you to tour our website and to contact us with your questions.
The Town Clerk's Office is now accepting credit cards for taxes and dog licenses on-line, or in person at the Town Clerk's Office. You may also pay other items in person by credit card for the following transactions:
- Building Permits
- Septic Permits
- DEC Licenses
- Birth Certificates
- Death Certificates
- Marriage Certificates & Licenses
- Peddler's Permits
- F.O.I.L copies
- E-ZPass
Please Note: All credit card transactions under $60.00 will be charged $1.75 service fee and anything over $60.00 will be charged a 2.75% service fee.
